Approach is really too slow (low action) for your contest, and not really fair to other players.Not to sound conceited, but if I really want to finish on the plus side I probably could. But it would require a more disciplined bet selection than the exacta bets I've been dropping. Straight bets are smarter, but the exacta bets help sheild some bombs from getting pummelled by tailers. And I bet them with real money, so that matters. This last weekend had a 30-1 winner but missed the exacta in the contest which ran 1st-3rd. Missed $580 exacta by a neck. So that's the downside.
Appreciate your contest, Jack. Apologize for lagging. Hopefully I can find a way to pick it up this weekend.
